On 19th November 2011 Our Dogs telephoned to let us know that Samala’s Country Rose was the Top Winning GSMD Puppy in Any Variety Working Import Register Classes and that they were printing it in their 9th December 2011 issue of the paper. Samala’s Country Rose was still the Top Winning Puppy as it went to press on 9th December 2011. By 31 December 2011 another GSMD Puppy was the Top Winner.
We would like to make potential puppy owners aware that any so called breeder charging any amount of money, one we know of is charging £500, to lift the KC breeding restrictions on the puppy KC Registrations, this is not the norm! Those of us that are reputable, responsible breeders always put the breeding restrictions n the KC Registrations and for all Pet puppies these are NEVER lifted and we do not encourage anyone to breed. Those few pups that go as show potential puppies, only when we are 100% satisfied that the owners are totally aware of the commitment, costs etc involved in breeding/stud work and that all the health screens and character tests have been carried out on the male or female dog, then the breeding restrictions would be lifted. Not before and only when we are totally happy. There is never a charge for lifting the KC Breeding Restrictions and we do not condone or recommend anyone goes to someone charging to remove the KC Breeding Restrictions because this simply is not done.
Next Character Test is arranged for May 2012 just waiting on the date from the independent qualified Assessors that we bring in to carry out the test. More news soon with date and venue, first come first served basis as maximum of 12 dogs to go through the test.
